Problem has been solved

very difficult and confusing who was doing what, who was helping, and who was simply communicating to say they got the message. That made paying attention hard each time an email was sent to me. I've been able now to receive Spotify, hear my music, and not hear ads, as I should due to my payments for Spotify Prime.

User's recommendation: Have fewer people dealing with one problem. One email. Make contacting support less of a "choose your own adventure" and more direct.

Billed twice in same day for over a year. Wtf *** contacted or attempted to any I get an answer service for a promo company.

Over billed by Spotify multiple times and get zero customer service. Its a great service just their account department needs a kick in the ***

Help with account

I couldnt make a call to Spotify nor find any help. No live chat or anything. Even to message them, I had to sign in to my account which was exactly the thing I needed help with. At the end, I resolved the problem by myself. Good job, Spotify to train your customers to be independent by completely ignoring them

No one answered the phone . I owe money but both my debit and credit cards have been defrauded and I am no longer able to use them on line. I already went to the bank and my options are prepaid debit cards or PAD OR PERSONAL PAYEE. I NEED HELP PLEASE

Resolved: Unauthorized billing

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Spotify were quick and through. They were able to confirm I was frauded and blocked/cancelled the fraudulent user and provided a full refund.

I dont have a Spotify account yet Ive had $18.39 billed to my credit card for months. How could that happen? Very naughty Spotify!

I never get the service when they call me to offered and I dont know how they getting my credit card and they are charge to me 11 dollars plus every month I want to stop it i dont need it
