I am trying to log into my Spotify account but it is not letting me. But I also didn't remember by account password and username.

But then I reset my password but it is still not letting me log into the account.

When they tell me to put in my email I put it in but they don't send me and email. I don't know what I should do??x

Erreur sur l'abonnement

Bonjour, depuis janvier 2024, vous prenez 12,64 le 20 de chaque mois dans mon compte bancaire. Je n'ai jamais adhéré à un abonnement de musique.

J'ai parlé avec ma banque et c'est un conseiller qui m'a dit que le montant se prenait depuis janvier 2024! Je vous demande d'annuler ces transactions immédiatement et de me rembourser 12,64x 8 mois. J'ai annulé ma carte de crédit donc vous ne pourrez plus prendre ce montant où je n'ai jamais donné mon consentement. De plus, si les montants ne sont pas remboursés, ma banque ouvrira une enquête pour tous les montants pris sur ma carte.

I have been trying to cancel for years and havent been able to.

Spotify is the biggest scammer ever. Spotify has been charging me for over 4 years for services I've never used.

I signed up initially, but immediately unsubscribed at the same time. I requested to cancel everything and they never did. When I try to get ahold of anyone, I can't. I've been paying ever since, they've been charging $20 to my account every month.

I can't get in contact with anyone; I can't cancel, I can't unsubscribe. I am hoping to get my money back or perhaps follow up with a lawsuit. I even changed my Visa card and somehow, Spotify is still taking money. I'm not quite sure how that works.

Whenever I try to reach out, there's no one to contact.

I contacted a company to search for Spotify. That company could not find any link to Spotify, thus it is scamming.

Preferred solution: Just make it work. Every I use it, it shows to download the app! And I cannot download for offline use. At least show the download icon and then say what needs to bee done!

I cancelled my account with Spotify because they wouldn't stop charging me monthly payments after I cancel the monthly plan. I tried calling them, and the phone rang once and they immediately hung up.

I called again.

Same thing. I expect a 2 month refund from them.
