I got charged for a monthly Spotify premium subscription for $14. I didn't want to pay it and I'm trying to get my money back, but Spotify support is saying it's been more than 14 days, so I can't get a refund.
I was literally charged yesterday.
I'm not having my money stolen. Please help.

I was discontinue and starting to get advertisements and thought I never had this before. So I phone very hard to get some one to talk to.
Finally got on a chat line. The problem they told me is that I had miss a payment in August. But like I told him it wasnt in my statement so it your fault that you didnt charge me.
But it all resolve now. So thank you.
Unauthorised charges
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding unauthorized charges to my account. I did not give permission for Spotify to continue any services, and I do not wish to use your music platform.
Money has been taken from my account without my authorization.
If these charges do not stop immediately, I will report this issue to the Consumer Bureau. I will also make my complaint public on Facebook so others are aware of this problem.
Please cancel any active subscriptions linked to my account and refund all unauthorized charges.

Payment date was wrong. I was told one date and payment came out to the previous date as expected. I want it rectified.

Never received any help. Spent time on AI trying to get resolution and got nowhere. To top it off you had the nerve to charge my AmerExpress card. You provided no help. No one did. I want to get cred

Im trying to subscribe to Spotify family premium account but Spotify will not accept either of two credit cards.
I am asking Spotify to call me so we can figure out what is wrong with the payment issue and secure a yearly subscription.

I was charged during my free trial
I signed up in September and received 3 months free. I was told that my first payment would be in December 2025.
Today is October 13, 2025, and Spotify just hit my credit card for $14. What happened to my 3 months of free service?
